At Unique You Counseling we offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation to help you decide if our services are a good fit.

Insurance

We are an in-network provider with BlueCross BlueShield of Texas (PPO Plans) and Cigna Health Insurance.

For other health insurance providers, therapy may be partially covered by your out-of-network benefits. We will provide a detailed receipt for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider for additional details.

Self-Pay

$130.00 per 50-minute session.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check or credit card payments accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance, payment for the full cost of the session will be required.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Per the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have health insurance or who choose not to use their insurance, an estimate of expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
